St. Nicholas will be hosting a strength training class on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 9:30 beginning the first week in August. The program, Strong for Life!, is designed to support a lifelong active, independent lifestyle and is appropriate for mature adults or anyone wishing to begin increasing muscle mass and improving metabolism. The class also incorporates balance training and a relaxation exercise. A physician approval form, which can be dropped off at your MD’s office and picked up later, is advised. The program will be funded by participant donations.
