Hymn of the Faith Sunday, October 30. Have a favorite hymn you would enjoy singing in church? Well next Sunday is your opportunity to make this happen. All hymns on October 30 will be gospel favorites.
Deadline for requests: Requests must be in no later than TUESDAY MORNING, October 25. You may contact Sam in several ways to turn in your requests. They are:
1. Let Sam know at the organ console on October 23.
2. Email Sam at samroney@stnicholashamilton.org
3. Call Sam at 706-289-2723
I am excited about this great opportunity to sing some of the most beautiful hymns written for the church. Two requests have already been turned in: Church in the Wildwood and I’ll Fly Away. I look forward to hearing from you very soon!

David Johnson will lead our Adult Forum on A Way of Meditation and Prayer. He will lead the group through different practices including reading, journaling, and writing. David offers some daily practices and reflections aimed at centering on God and the world around you and appreciating self.

Christmas Eve Services at St. Nicholas

St. Nicholas Episcopal Church will celebrate the birth of Christ with two beautiful services on Christmas Eve. The 5:00 p.m. service will feature the children’s Christmas Pageant, carols and the Eucharist. The 11:00 p.m. service will be a celebration of the Eucharist and will also include carols. Both services will have the choir and end with the congregation singing “Silent Night” by candle light. Invite your family and friends to join you as the beautiful story of Bethlehem is told and we welcome the long awaited Jesus.
